Ringover

Call integration with Ringover

Salescaling allows you to automatically import your calls made in Ringover, making it easier to manage and analyze your commercial interactions. To take advantage of this integration, follow the steps and consider the requirements described below.

How to connect your Ringover account?

  1. Log in to your Salescaling account.

  2. Go to the Integrationsarrow-up-right section in Settings.

  3. Find the Ringover integration and click Connect. A window will open where you must enter your API Key and select the region corresponding to your Ringover account.

  4. Make sure the API Key has the following permissions:

    • Monitoring

    • Call Reading

    • Contact Reading

    • User Reading

    • Number Reading

  5. Save the data and complete the connection.

Which calls are imported from Ringover?

After connecting your account, Salescaling will automatically import the Ringover calls that meet all of the following requirements:

  • Call date: Only calls that were made within the two weeks prior to the time of import will be imported.

  • Matching user: The call must have been made by a Ringover user whose email matches that of a paid user in Salescaling.

  • Recording available: The call must have the recording stored in Ringover. If the call does not have a recording, it will not be imported.

Important notes

  • Synchronization frequency: Once connected, the platform will check for new calls every Ringover 15 minutes. Therefore, a recently finished call may take a few minutes to appear in Salescaling.

  • Make sure that your team users in Ringover use the same email as in Salescaling so that their calls are recognized and imported correctly.

  • Imported calls will be available on the platform for analysis and management.
