Salescaling offers different plans designed to fit the needs of each team. The choice of plan determines the number of users, access to advanced features, and usage limits.

  • Starter Plan: Designed for small teams looking to improve the organization and analysis of their meetings.

  • Growth Plan: Targeted at growing companies that need advanced analytics, efficient collaboration, and team management tools.

  • Custom Plan: Tailor-made solution for organizations with specific needs, which may include unlimited users, a phone calling module, and priority support.

To view the details of the organization's current plan, modify the subscription or upgrade to a higher plan, it is necessary to contact the Salescaling sales team.

How can you switch from one plan to another?

To carry out an upgrade or plan change (for example, from Starter to Growth), it is necessary to contact the sales team of Salescaling. They will take care of managing the change in the subscription.

Where can past invoices be downloaded?

Within the Billing, there will be a "Invoice History" section where all invoices issued for the organization account can be viewed and downloaded.

What happens if the user limit of the current plan is reached?

When the user limit of your plan is reached (for example, 5 users on the Starter plan), the system will not allow you to invite new members. To add more users, it will be necessary to contact sales to upgrade to a higher plan.
