Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Where do I find my API ID and API Token to connect Aircall?
In the Aircall Dashboard, go to Integrations & API in the sidebar menu, then to the API Keys tab and click Generate an API Key. The API ID and API Token will be displayed. Remember that the API Token is only shown once at the time of creation, so save it in a secure place.
Where do I find my API Key to connect a platform like Ringover?
Generally, the API Key is a secret key found in the settings panel or the developer section of your Ringover account. You will need to log in to Ringover to find it. If you have trouble, consult Ringover's help documentation or contact their support team.
What is "User Mapping" for 3CX integration and why is it important?
"User Mapping" is the process of associating a user's Extension ID in 3CX with their corresponding user account in Salescaling. It is a crucial step so that when a call is imported from 3CX, Salescaling knows which team member should be correctly assigned the recording.
