Changing your plan
Go to Plans, select the desired plan, and review the summary before confirming.
- Upgrades are applied immediately and may generate a prorated charge.
- Downgrades are scheduled for the end of the billing period.
- Changing from monthly to annual is applied immediately.
- Changing from annual to monthly is scheduled for the next renewal.
While a change is scheduled, you will keep your current plan until the indicated date and can cancel the change from Plans.
If the new plan supports fewer users or seats than your organization currently uses, you will have to reduce them before completing the change. See Seats.
Changing the billing cycle
From monthly to annual
- The change is applied immediately.
- The corresponding prorated amount is charged.
- The next renewal will be annual.
From annual to monthly
- The change is applied at the end of the current annual period.
- Remaining time is not refunded.
- The next renewal will be monthly.
Canceling or reactivating your subscription
To cancel:
- Go to Billing.
- Open Manage subscription.
- Request cancellation at the end of the current period.
You will continue to have access to the contracted plan until the renewal date. Afterward, the organization will switch to the Free plan.

Payments and invoices
From Manage subscription you can:

- Review the status of charges.
If a payment fails, the subscription may appear as pending while new attempts are made. Update your payment method as soon as possible to avoid losing access to the plan.
No cash refunds are made for plan changes, cancellations, or seat reductions. When applicable, a credit may be applied to future invoices.
Growth trial period (14 days)
New organizations start with a 14-day trial period of the Growth plan. During this time, you can use the advanced features of Growth without purchasing a paid subscription.
What the trial includes
During the trial, you have access to the capabilities of the Growth plan, including:
- Unlimited meetings per month.
- Phone call module.
- Unlimited AI chat queries and AI feedback.
- Custom bot and share page branding.
- CRM, email, and public API integrations.
- Team management, roles, and member invitations.
- Advanced reports, playlists, and smart categories.
Check the pricing page for full details on each plan.
How to know you are in a trial
- At the top of the platform, you will see a banner with the text Growth trial active and the remaining days.
- In Billing, the trial status and end date are displayed.
Only the Owner can purchase a plan or manage billing.
Email notifications
The Owner will receive automatic emails when there are 3, 2, and 1 day left until the trial ends. After expiration, they will receive an email confirming the switch to the Free plan.
All notifications include a link to Plans to purchase Growth, Starter, or another plan before or after the period ends.
Purchasing during the trial
If you purchase a paid plan before the trial expires:
- Go to Plans.
- Select the plan and complete the checkout.
The subscription status changes to active immediately, and you retain access to the contracted plan. There is no need to wait for the trial to end.
What happens at the end of the trial without purchasing
If you do not purchase a paid plan, the organization automatically switches to the Free plan:
- Access to the platform is not blocked: you can continue logging in and using the features included in Free.
- The banner will change to You are on the Free plan with the option to upgrade at any time.
- Free plan limits apply, for example:
- Maximum 10 meetings per month.
- 1 seat (user with full access).
- No call module, no AI chat, and no advanced CRM integrations.
- Team members who had paid roles switch to read-only. The Owner retains full access.
You can purchase a plan at any time from Plans.
Existing organizations
Organizations that were already on the Free plan before the introduction of the Growth trial do not receive a new trial period. They remain on the Free plan with their usual conditions.
Frequently asked questions about the trial
Can I extend the trial?
There is no automatic extension. If you need more time, contact
Support.
Can I have a trial again if I already used it?
No. Each new organization receives a single 14-day Growth trial period.
What happens to my data when switching to Free?
Your meetings, contacts, and settings are preserved. Only usage limits and available
features change according to the Free plan.
Plans with special conditions
Some organizations have prices, features, or seats agreed upon directly with Salescaling.
If your organization shows the Growth Legacy plan, you will keep the agreed price as long as you maintain that plan. When switching to one of the current plans, their current rates and conditions will apply.
Before changing or canceling one of these plans, contact Support. If you leave these conditions and subsequently purchase a standard plan, the rates and conditions in effect at that time will apply.
Enterprise
The Enterprise plan requires a custom proposal. Contact the sales team or open a ticket in Support.
When to contact support
Contact Support if:
- You have a plan with special conditions.
- You need to apply a change before the scheduled date.
- A payment continues to fail after updating the payment method.
- The displayed plan or the next invoice does not match what was expected.
- A scheduled change has not been applied.
