The Notifications section allows you to configure automatic email communications that are sent after a meeting has been processed by Salescaling.

Configuration Options:

• Summary of meetings by email (Meeting Summary by Email): This is the main option for you. If you enable it, you will automatically receive a detailed summary of each meeting you organize in your email once the AI has completed its analysis.
• Internal participants (Internal Participants): By enabling this option, Salescaling will automatically send the same meeting summary to all participants who are members of your team and who attended the call. It's an excellent way to keep the entire internal team aligned.
• External participants (External Participants): This powerful option allows you to automatically send the meeting summary to external participants (clients, prospects, etc.). It is useful for sharing next steps and key agreed-upon points. By default, this option is usually disabled so that you have full control over the information you share outside your organization.

What information exactly does the "meeting summary" email include?

The summary email generally includes key meeting metrics, such as the AI Score, the main topics discussed, and a direct link to view the recording and full analysis within the Salescaling platform.

Why isn't a participant in my meeting correctly "associated" with a contact in my CRM?

The most common cause is that the email address the participant used in the meeting invitation does not exactly match the email address registered in their contact record in the CRM. To ensure correct association, verify that both email addresses are identical.
